In December, we upgraded our digital technology at First Independent Bank! The upgrade included a new Online Banking website, refreshed Mobile Banking app, and much more. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and flexibility as we continuously work to build a better banking experience for you through this Core Conversion.

HOW DO I LOG IN FOR THE FIRST TIME?
Personal Banking
- Your username is your existing username.
- Your temporary password is a combination of your existing username and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
- After you log in, you can create a new password and save it to your device or a secure location.
Business Banking
- Your username is your existing username.
- Your temporary password is a combination of your existing username and the last four digits of your Employer Identification Number.
- After you log in, you can create a new password and save it to your device or a secure location.
WHY IS MY LOAN NUMBER DIFFERENT?
All loan numbers will now be made up of ten digits. Transactions presented to First Independent Bank with the old loan number format will be updated to the new loan number format.
WHEN DO FUNDS GET REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT IF I USE BILL PAY?
- The Processing Date is the date funds will be removed from your account. This date will change based on your selection for the When should it occur? date.
- The When should it occur date? is the scheduled date you want the billing company to receive your payment.
WILL STATEMENTS STAY ON SCHEDULE?
Second Tuesday of Every Month Cycle
- If you typically receive your statements on the second Tuesday of each month, you will now receive your statements on the third Tuesday of each month.
First Reserve Line of Credit Cycle
- If your Checking Account has a First Reserve Line of Credit attached to it, you will now receive your statements at the end of the month.
- Your automatic payment will now process on the twenty-third of the following month.
All Other Cycles
- If you typically receive your statements outside of the cycle options listed above, you will continue to receive your statements at the same time your currently receive them each month.
WILL BANK CUT-OFF TIMES REMAIN THE SAME?
No! All transactions made in-person with a First Independent Bank Customer Service Representative are now processed on the business day they are received.
Note: Transactions received on Saturdays or days the bank is closed will be processed the following business day. A business day is every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.
